Asian Doll is back with another song, “Come Outside“, months after her “Let’s Do A Drill” Album release. The cover art shows Asian holding a gun, and wearing glasses and icy chains. She looks classy-hood, lethal, and beautiful all wrapped in one.
The beat radiates mobster or gangsta movie soundtrack. Misharro Allen’s production of “Come Outside” is impeccable and is ideal for Asian Doll’s delivery on the track. She begins,
“Take my chain? Bitch stop that”
Get shot at, get flocked at
Dont be talking bout it’s yours, it’s not that
Bitch wanted beef I’mma turn her to a za pack
“Don’t reach lil bitch, get dropped”
Asian’s fluctuation in this verse is so flawless. The way she is enunciating each word, biting down on each word with absolute intent on tormenting the “opp” she is talking to. She goes on with her clear cadence,
“Don’t fuck with snakes, get slimed
Bad lil bitch bought a bag, it’s mine
Hating ass hoes, shit shoulda been a crimе
They gon hate my daughter, shе ain’t even in her prime”
This is my favorite part of the verse just by noting the rhyme scheme on each ending word. The “slimed”, “mine”, “crime”, and “prime.” It doesn’t sound ABC-like, she does it well.
I love the hook, because of Asian’s change in tone. It’s more abrasive and intimidating. She is taunting this person with these lyrics,
“B*tch come outside
Show me you bout it, you really outside
Bitch you ain’t tough, you ain’t really gon slide
She took a perc, I can see in her eyes
B*tch come outside
B*tch come outside
Gang gang gang”
Asian Doll stuck on the theme of “Come Outside” from the start to end of the song. She is clearly comfortable in the drill lane, and I don’t blame her–she never fails to deliver every time.
“Come Outside” delivers on the beat production, faint instrumentals, and Asian Doll’s bully tone. Personally, it’s a perfect score.
Listen to “Come Outside” and see Asian’s cutthroat delivery on this track.
